Our Story

Katie Evans

Since starting off my HR career in construction over 20 years ago, and becoming CIPD qualified, I have worked in other industries including Retail and Manufacturing, giving me a wide variety of skills in different sectors, before my transition into Twin Oaks HR.

Within my career I have worked on key HR initiatives and projects, including but not limited to, recruitment campaigns, succession planning, business restructuring, redundancy and TUPE.

I have always loved the generalist and employee relations aspect of my role, I thrive on working collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand their 'wants' and 'needs' and how we can deliver the solutions to the business. Combined with HR, training has also been a passion of mine, I have written and delivered training programs in line with the agreed people agenda and processes within the organisation. This provided a consistent and structured message across businesses which is key to ensure best practice is always supported.

Kelly Page

I have been working with in a HR Service Delivery role for over 10 years, this has predominantly been within the construction and Facilities Management sectors. My roles have focused on change management, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure the current processes and procedures align with the business and people strategy, with efficiency and consistency at the forefront. I have also been part of large transformation projects within a PLC company, which involved being an integral part of the transition team putting together a shared service and then outsourcing that service to another country, ensuring a smooth transition. In contrast I have also worked with a smaller family run business working on their end to end HR administration function.
